Step 1
Collect preliminary data regarding the group's makeup and experiences of absenteeism, accident rates, workers compensation and stress-related illnesses
Distribute Program Design Tool, taliored to explore specific company challenges. Individuals complete both Program Design Tool and a StressMap, Resiliency Map or EQ Map® and return the Program Design Tool results to Essi Systems
Step 2
Essi Systems will analyze the raw data, focusing on correlations between environmental conditions, behaviors, and symptoms, so we can pinpoint what the problems and strengths are.
Step 3
Deliver our findings to the management team of the organization being profiled and present a detailed report on vulnerabilities and strengths within the company. Discuss an action-plan.
Step 4
Essi Systems will offer recommendations for mechanisms, or interventions, to be put into place.
Step 5
All data items collected in the preliminary phase will be gathered again for a post-test comparative analysis.
A post-test report is generated and delivered to determine changes in group profile and the impact of the recommended interventions.
