Sometimes the biggest obstacle to getting ahead at work (and in the rest of life) may be YOU. How can you learn what you need to know about yourself and apply that knowledge to move you forward?

TOMORROW:

At least once, think about a decision or an action that you took and analyze it from 3 perspectives:
Self-perspective – what did I hope would happen as a result of my decision?
Receiver perspective – what reactions or responses did I think the recipient of the decision had?
Boss perspective – how do you think your boss viewed this decision?
