Do It On Thursday™

Experiment with:
Noticing "male culture" vs. "female culture"

Why are there still so few women in the C-Suite? TOMORROW:

Notice how you respond to a question or an issue with a colleague and evaluate both the question and the response. Was the question worded as a "male culture" question? Can you determine the cultural background and nature of the question? Did you come from the "male culture" or "female culture" in your response?

Changing The Game: Getting More Women To The Top Of The House

On this myth busting episode of LEI host Esther Orioli and her featured guest Wendy Beecham discuss why diversity programs fail, what causes the “leaky” talent pipeline when it comes to promoting women, and how organizations can eradicate entrenched beliefs that keep the 2-3% of women CEO’s from having more female company at the top.
