Distance Learning - How it works

1. 1. Study the Facilitator's Manual Instructor Guide's step-by-step process for program delivery.
2. 2. Spend an hour on the phone with one of Essi's Master trainers to review the material and prepare for your first program.
3. 3. Assemble a "practice group" of colleagues and friends to whom you can present and videotape your delivery.
4. 4. Submit your tapes to Essi for supervision and feedback. Have another phone consultation with your Essi Master Trainer to debrief after your first delivery.
5. 5. Pass Essi's requirements for certified instructor status and receive your certificate of completion

Building Resiliency Workshop Model
