Using the same 20 EQ scales as before, you are able to replot your scales. This time your grids will clustered into three categories that relate specifically to your individual performance capacities.

Maintenance of this scale helps to sustain exceptional attentiveness, and a high level of effectiveness in performance, even when you are under pressure.
