Essi Systems' Twenty-One
Day Rule Action Planning Workbook
Research shows that in order for any behavior
or action to become automatic or routine, it must be practiced over a
period of time. Most of us fail in our efforts to change habits not because
we don't want to but because we simply don't know how. Getting from wanting
to doing can be a daunting task. My workbook provides you with a successful
method for making change each and every time you try.
Essi
Systems' Twenty-One Day Rule Action Planning Workbook and Process
is a powerful self-change tool for creating optimal health, emotional
intelligence and resiliency. Take control of your life and achieve the
goals you say you want in just 21 Days. "There are models for losing
weight, stopping smoking, and quitting drinking, but if you want to
learn how to live with appreciation, respect, awareness and joy, there
is nothing available. Until now."

The Big "So What." - How to Create
Sustainable Change
Working with many teams of corporate and business leaders
and managers, Esther Orioli diligently sought the answer to a question
that had been a priority issue for years. As a maker of assessments and
measurement devices, there inevitably would come a time when her clients
would ask what became known at Essi Systems,
as the big "So What" question. Clients would say: "Well,
you have a great measure here, Esther, but so what?" "What do
we do now? Can we change anything we just learned about our scale scores?"
And so began the search for the answer to that most urgent of questions:
what exactly insures successful change. Through research, study and a
series of trial and error experiments, the answer culminated in the release
ofEssi Systems' Twenty-One Day Rule Action Planning
Workbook and Process.
The basic components:
Intentionality
Specificity
Declaration
Commitment
Reinforcement
Accountability
Re-Assessment and Selection
Twenty-One Day Rule Action-Planning Workbook®provides a step by step guide to help you with
the process:
Intentionality Get an accurate
picture and assessment of the habit you wish to change. Select a new behavior
from a review of your EQ
Map®,
StressMap®
or Resiliency
Map.
Get ready to create change on purpose and with a plan of action.
Specificity Follow
our seven specific guidelines to create a statement of commitment. Declaration Proclaim
your statement of commitment to at least one other.
Commitment You
must want to do it and you must be willing to take complete responsibility
for your actions.
Reinforcement Set
up a schedule of regular contacts with one or two "buddies".
Use the worksheet to insure success.
Accountability Report
back to your coach, consultant or instructor on day 21.
Reassess
and select the next behavior. Remap
your scores on the scale used for your initial behavior change. Most people
report significant shifts in their Performance Zone Profile. Now you can
continue with the same behavior slightly modified or select another scale
you wish to enhance for the next round of twenty-one days. After completing
three rounds of change, any retaking of an Essi Map will show changes
in up to 6 or more scales. Guaranteed Results Every Time You Meet The Criteria
for Change. Imagine.
